From I-91 north or south, take exit 10 (Hamden) and get on the Route 40 connector toward Route 10 (Whitney Avenue). Stay on the connector until it dead-ends into Whitney, and then turn left. Proceed about two city-size blocks and look for Cannon Street on your right. We are the next driveway immediately after Cannon - big blue and gold sign reading "Arete Psychological Services" - park in front or in back.
If you are coming down (south) on Whitney Avenue, look for the connector and highway entrance to your right where Route 22 intersects with Whitney. Continue on until you pass the second highway abutment for cars exiting the connector, and then travel two more blocks to the entrance to Arete, which will be on your right.
From Points South:
For directions from I-91, see the above. If coming up Whitney Avenue from New Haven or the center of Hamden, we are located in the stretch of Whitney known as "lawyers row" which begins just after you pass the Glenwood Diner and then Rainbow Cleaners. We are near the end of this section of Whitney, on your left approximately two blocks before you reach the entrance to the Route 40 connector.
